As for the air conditioning, it struggled during the heatwave, leading to discomfort at night. I also experienced some occasional noise from the nearby road, which detracted from the overall serenity of the place. I heard complaints about the fluctuating hot water in the showers, and I can confirm the Wi-Fi was inconsistent in some areas, affecting connectivity when needed.

villa ducale is lovely and well-kept, surrounded by greenery. the staff is super helpful, especially with our last-minute taxi request. breakfast was a treat, with fresh cold cuts, cheeses, and plenty of options that were always refilled. also, guests can always enjoy recreation amenities such as a fitness center.

the staff were super nice and super helpful when i arrived late at night, the location is quiet and calm outside the city, and the breakfast had a really good variety of options. also, the room was really clean and comfy, which made my stay pleasant.

the air con was not working and it was hot at night. The wifi in the room never worked.

The morning breakfast was really solid, with tons of choices, like fresh pastries that hit the spot! ! And even though our room had some quirks, it was clean and the bed was super comfortable, giving us some great sleeps!

I won't say it was a bargain, but it felt acceptable for what we got.
